DeafBuzz.biz reserves the right to refuse service or issue refunds at our sole discretion if any activity is deemed harmful, misleading, discriminatory, or violates our community standards.

Refund Policy - the basics

We stand behind the quality and integrity of our work. Because most services begin with digital consultation, planning, and/or promotion immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and must follow the guidelines outlined below:

  • Refunds will not be issued once a project has been reviewed, scheduled, or initiated.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of purchase and before any service or listing is activated.

  • If a listing or feature does not meet the guidelines of our platform, we will notify you with the option to revise it. If the revision is not submitted within 5 business days, the service will be canceled without refund.

What to include in the Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a refund under these specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental tier purchase (notify us within 24 hours).

  • A technical issue on our end prevents your listing or service from being published and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days.

  • Your submission is denied due to content that violates our terms and no work has begun.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Any service where work has started (planning, posting, designing, scheduling).

  • Sponsored features, business highlights, interviews, or editorial inclusions once scheduled or promoted.

  • Listings or campaigns submitted without a clear goal or required materials.

  • Missed or canceled interviews without 48 hours' notice.
